A suitable candidate is sponsored and seconded by qualified members who know the candidate personally and are in good standing.

Approved documentation is presented to the membership office for billing and administrative review.

Payment and onboarding steps are completed before temporary membership access or induction, subject to committee approval.

Final admission is subject to probation, committee review, and the club's constitutional membership process.
